CHRISTMAS SPIRIT- HOW TO FIND IT!

Hello Everyone

I hope that all your shopping is done by now, and that you can take tomorrow, the day before Christmas,  to think about yourself – why do I say that? For the last few weeks you have been busy shopping for your family and friends, forgetting all about yourself, trying to get everything done in time.

But to enjoy the holidays and share this special time with those you were thinking about for the last few weeks, you have to find the right holiday spirit – not easy when  you feel exhausted – and that is why this is the moment to take a little time for yourself. You might ask how will I do that? Here are a few suggestions:

- have a manicure  – and if possible a pedicure as well

- decide what you will wear on Christmas Day. If you don’t have anything pretty. it will be a treat to go shopping just for you.

- have a haircut if you are overdue

Or just stay home and relax – take a bath, clear your mind from the hustle and bustle of the frantic shopping of the last few weeks. Yes, each year we try to stay away from it and to do it differently, but there is never an escape, and as we get closer and closer to Christmas, we all get caught up in it.

A very special gift for your family will be that you don’t look harassed, tired, and trying to cope.  Don’t worry if something is not as perfect as you wish it to be, nobody will mind, or even notice if you have a dish less, or if a present is wrapped simply instead of being decorated with a fancy bow.

When you feel good about yourself, you will give your family and friends a very special gift by being loving and relaxed, and your good humour will carry the day.

I hope that all the presents you have bought on behalf to Santa Claus will be well received and appreciated – and that Santa has not forgotten you.

Wishing Everyone a

                               MERRY CHRISTMAS

                                          AND

                             HAPPY HANUKKAH

    until the next time

STAY WELL AND LOOK YOUR BEST

                                                                     Brigitte
